Accessing Your Purchased Videos
We have updated our website to make accessing your lessons easier than ever. You no longer need to browse a restricted page to find your specific purchase; everything is now located in your personal dashboard.
Step-by-Step Access:
- Navigate to My Account: Click the blue “My Account” button located in the top right-hand corner of your screen (just below the main menu).
- Log In: Enter your account credentials to access your dashboard.
- View Your Videos: Select the “Streaming Videos” tab from the menu located below your profile picture.
- Start Painting: This tab will display all your available videos. Please note that each video includes an expiration date, as access is provided for one year from the date of purchase.
Note: If you do not see your video, please ensure you are logged in using the same email address used at checkout.
