Paintings and prints may be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as it is in its original condition.  If you decide to return an undamaged painting or print, you will receive either a full refund or a credit toward another painting or print.  Original shipping/handling/processing charges will not be refunded or credited.

After 30 days from date of purchase, no refunds will be given.  However, you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to return a painting or print in its original condition and receive full credit toward an equal value artwork, or to apply the credit toward a work of greater value, with a balance due for the difference.  Any balance must be paid before receipt of the replacement piece.  Original shipping/handling/processing charges will not be credited.

Return shipping to Wiegardt Studio Gallery is at your expense and the artwork must be returned in its original condition.  If there is damage to the item, the refund or credit becomes null and void.

If a purchased painting or print is shipped to you and arrives damaged, please contact Wiegardt Studio Gallery immediately.  We will provide you with immediate information on how to proceed depending on the specific carrier and will work with you to remedy the situation.
