RETURN POLICY – PAINTINGS & PRINTS
Paintings and prints may be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as it is in its original condition. If you decide to return an undamaged painting or print, you will receive either a full refund or a credit toward another painting or print. Original shipping/handling/processing charges will not be refunded or credited.
After 30 days from date of purchase, no refunds will be given. However, you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to return a painting or print in its original condition and receive full credit toward an equal value artwork, or to apply the credit toward a work of greater value, with a balance due for the difference. Any balance must be paid before receipt of the replacement piece. Original shipping/handling/processing charges will not be credited.
Return shipping to Wiegardt Studio Gallery is at your expense and the artwork must be returned in its original condition. If there is damage to the item, the refund or credit becomes null and void.
If a purchased painting or print is shipped to you and arrives damaged, please contact Wiegardt Studio Gallery immediately. We will provide you with immediate information on how to proceed depending on the specific carrier and will work with you to remedy the situation.
RETURN POLICY - MERCHANDISE
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as it is in its original condition. If the merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact Wiegardt Studio Gallery immediately to request a replacement of the item(s) at no additional charge to you. You may be asked to submit photographs of the merchandise or return the damaged item to us, in which case we will send you a return label.
If the item arrived intact, you may still return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of purchase at your expense and we will refund you the amount of the item excluding original shipping/handling/processing charges. If there is damage to the item(s) upon receipt by Wiegardt Studio Gallery, the refund becomes null and void. We advise you to purchase appropriate shipping insurance when returning the item(s) so you can request reimbursement by the carrier if the item is damaged or lost in transit.
RETURN POLICY - MENTORING AND PAINT ALONG STREAMING CLASSES
We strive to provide high-quality streaming content for our valued customers. However, we understand that sometimes a class may not meet your expectations. Please review our return policy for streaming classes.
Eligibility
Returns are eligible within 30 days of purchase.
The streaming content must not have been viewed for more than 25% of its total duration.
Refund Process

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
Refund Amount
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or check by mail, within 10 business days. All refunds exclude any credit card processing charges.
Restrictions
Bundle purchases: If the streaming class was part of a bundle, the return will be prorated based on the individual class price.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for excessive return requests from a single customer.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the streaming content, please contact us at marketing@ericwiegardt.com or call 360-665-5976 before requesting a refund. We’ll work to resolve any issues.
