STREAMING Videos

You must create and account and be logged into your account PRIOR to purchasing any streaming videos.
Once you purchase a streaming video, you must wait for the website administrator to complete your order before you can access your video.  You will receive a separate email telling you your order has been completed. 
We try to complete all streaming orders within 24 hours; we thank you for your patience.

Accessing Your Purchased Videos
We have updated our website to make accessing your lessons easier than ever. You no longer need to browse a restricted page to find your specific purchase; everything is now located in your personal dashboard.

Step-by-Step Access:

  1. Navigate to My Account: Click the blue “My Account” button located in the top right-hand corner of your screen (just below the main menu).
  2. Log In: Enter your account credentials to access your dashboard.
  3. View Your Videos: Select the “Streaming Videos” tab from the menu located below your profile picture.
  4. Start Painting: This tab will display all your available videos. Please note that each video includes an expiration date, as access is provided for one year from the date of purchase.


Note: If you do not see your video, please ensure you are logged in using the same email address used at checkout.
